Robotic Welding
In addition to considarable capacity n our manual welding department, at VD Leegte Metaal we also have a large selection of various welding robots. For our smaller welding assemblies, we have welding robots with rotary tables for structures up to 2 metres with a acapacity of up to 500kg. For our larger welding assemblies, we have both welding robots on track and overhad welding robots on track in combination with rotary manipulators of 2.000kg. As well as some double welding robots for our larger and more intensive serial work.
We took mainly sustainable decisions within the design of our new factory, likewise with our modern welding department. Sustainable for the enviroment, by recovering as much heat as possible from welding fumes, this to re-use for heating our premises by example. As well as sustainable for our welding robot operators through underfloor heating, welding torch extraction, auxiliary cranes to move the products 'weightless', plus the workplaces are spacious for pleasant movement.
