Quality is important to us; you can find it everywhere in our production processes. To meet the right standards, our employees are certified and our company holds several quality certificates.
In order to maintain and improve our products at a high level, we continuously invest in our personnel as well as in robotization and automation. Our quality checks range from process checks to final checks, using the most modern resources by specialized people.
To maintain, develop and welcome new relationships, we hold the NEN-EN-ISO 9001 (quality management system), NEN-EN-ISO 14001 (environmental management system), NEN-EN-ISO 3834 (quality requirements for welding metals), and the NEN-EN 1090 EXC 3 standard.
The NEN-EN-ISO 3834 enables VD Leegte Metaal to weld safety-critical parts. Whereas the NEN-EN 1090 EXC 3 gives us the ability to manufacture steel load-bearing structural parts and provide them with CE marking.
